Services

#Just4Me is a program just for teens! Teens have the right to seek reproductive and behavioral health care and TCCH’s #Just4Me program makes it easy. It is our mission to create an environment where teens feel comfortable seeking care from a medical professional when it comes to their sexual and mental health.

Our #Just4Me services are completely confidential, meaning we won’t tell your parents if you don’t feel comfortable sharing the details of your appointment. These services are also completely free of charge, so you won’t have to worry about how to pay for your appointment. All you need to do is show up.

It’s easy to feel like you’re alone when you’re a teen but we’re here to make sure you are cared for, no matter what!

Make an Appointment

It’s always a good idea to bring a parent or trusted adult with you to the appointment, but if that is not an option you can also go by yourself or with a good friend.

Going to the doctor shouldn’t be scary! Going with an adult or friend can make you feel a lot more comfortable.

During your appointment, don’t be afraid to ask questions! Be honest with your doctor so you can get the most out of your appointment and leave with all your questions answered. It might be helpful to make a list of all the things you want to discuss during your appointment so you won’t forget once you’re there. Everything is confidential so don’t be afraid to ask questions. Doctors have heard it all so you shouldn’t feel embarrassed to ask questions about your health.

To make an appointment, call (772) 257-8224 and ask the operator to make an appointment with “Just for Me.” The operator will schedule an appointment for you at one of our five participating locations.

What you can expect:

Confidentiality

You should feel comfortable when going to see a doctor. Going with a trusted adult can help you feel more comfortable but it’s not a requirement. There are laws that prevent your doctor from sending your medical records to your parents without your permission so if you don’t feel comfortable sharing the details of your appointment, you don’t have to. #Just4Me aims to promote a safe, judgement free environment for teens to seek professional medical care. Our priority it YOUR health.

Family Planning

Just 4 Me is a safe place to find out about birth control, HIV/AIDS, sexually transmitted infections, Pap tests, safer sex, healthy relationships, condoms and more. Get no-nonsense advice from our staff who will give you the information you need to make informed decisions about your health.

Pregnancy Tests

If you think you may be pregnant, you may be feeling a variety of emotions. The realization that your life could be about to change can be very overwhelming. Take the time to talk to someone who can help you. The first step is to learn if you’re expecting, and we can help you find out with our pregnancy test services.

Stress Management

Teens and young adults are subject to many forms of stress, from academic pressure, social media issues, to body changes and more. Persistent, elevated stress can have both physical and mental health consequences. How we deal with it can impact our mood, our self-esteem, and even our general health.
